Suggested Suite for longer stays and 3 guests, this 450 sq ft studio apartment, offers a private bath and private outside entrance on ground floor adjacent to patio and fishpond. Furnished with queen bed with 400 thread count linens and large, 2-person futon chair that can be prepared as an extra long twin bed. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table creates a comfortable living space.

Reservation Policies
- We accept payment by cash, travelers check, or Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- Reservation are held with credit card number. Payment is made at check-in. Rates subject to a 10% lodging tax.
- 72 hour cancellation notice required (14 day notice for holiday/highseason. Penalty is a charge for the cost of one night’s lodging.
- NO SMOKING allowed on the premises.
- Pets are welcome in the Studio Suite only with a $20 per night fee charge.
- May 15 to November 1 is high season and weekend booking require a two-night minimum stay.
Additional guests per room are charged $20 per night.
- Children older than 4 years are welcome and children younger if BOTH rooms are booked by the SAME family.
